aerospace machining.
18 Employee's $2.5M revenue, 28,000 sq ft facility, Eight CNC Turning Centers, Ten 4 & 5 axis Milling Centers and Two 11 pallet Horizontal Milling Centers.

Our Quality Control Department is equipped with all the necessary tools to inspect the most complicated machined hardware, Layke has two CMM's and staffed with experienced inspectors with over 100 yrs in the Aerospace industry. We can proudly state that our Quality Rating with our customers is 99.7% or better. Our goal is to maintain 500 PPM or less.
Our shop is equipped with the most advanced CNC machining centers and staffed with Journeyman through Trainee machinist ready to give excellent service on machining of casting, forgings and raw bar stock. We are experienced in the machining of aircraft alloys and all types of stainless steel, as well as machined parts from materials such as nylon, teflon, ect. We also produce assemblies complete, including testing.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Risk Management is implemented into the manufacturing process of all work performed by Layke Incorporated as the vehicle to reduce or eliminate non conformance and the means by which gathered process data will be analyzed to improve the manufacturing and production processes.
