Layke Incorporated, an American Aerospace Machine Shop, has been in business since 1955; specializing in medium to complex

aerospace machining. 


32 Employee's $4.5M revenue, 28,000 sq ft facility, Eight CNC Turning Centers, Ten 4 & 5 axis Milling Centers and Two 11 pallet Horizontal Milling Centers.


Our Management Team has over 176 years combined experience in aerospace machining.  

Layke Incorporated is a precision machine shop that has been in operation in Phoenix, Arizona for the past 64 years, serving the aircraft, electronics and missile industries.


Layke Incorporated is "Minority Owned" approved under MIL-I-45208A and in conformance with AS9100 "D"  ISO 9001:2015. Our customers include: Alliant Techsystems (ATK/ABL), B/E Aerospace, BMT Aerospace/Caratron, Honeywell Engines & Systems, Honeywell Avionics, Honeywell International CZECH Republic, Honeywell Aerospace Singapore, Eaton Aerospace Fluid Power, Heico Aerospace/ DEC Technologies, Hindustan Aeronautices Limited, Kinemotive Corporation, (JASC) Jansen Aircraft Systems Controls and others.

Our Quality Control Department is equipped with all the necessary tools to inspect the most complicated machined hardware, Layke has two CMM's and staffed with experienced inspectors with over 100 yrs in the Aerospace industry. We can proudly state that our Quality Rating with our customers is 99.7% or better. Our goal is to maintain 500 PPM or less.


Our shop is equipped with the most advanced CNC machining centers and staffed with Journeyman through Trainee machinist ready to give excellent service on machining of casting, forgings and raw bar stock. We are experienced in the machining of aircraft alloys and all types of stainless steel, as well as machined parts from materials such as nylon, teflon, ect. We also produce assemblies complete, including testing.


Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Risk Management is implemented into the manufacturing process of all work performed by Layke Incorporated as the vehicle to reduce or eliminate non conformance and the means by which gathered process data will be analyzed to improve the manufacturing and production processes.
